Brian and Sandra opened their first recovery house in 2003. Since then Brisan has grown to 10 houses serving 120+ residents. We have houses in Cranston, Providence, East Providence, and Pawtucket.

Mission Statement 
To assist adults who are recovering from substance use disorder by providing affordable and safe recovery housing.  We promote an atmosphere where our residents help one another in their journey toward long term recovery.

About Sandra

Sandra has over 27 years experience working in the field of recovery. She is a certified community support professional, and is a person in long term recovery.

About Brian

Brian has 20 years experience with recovery housing and operating Brisan Recovery Support Services. He serves on the NARR Board to He is a former board member for the National Alliance of Recovery Residences (NARR) and has served as either the Chairman or Vice Chairman of the Ocean State Coalition of Recovery Housing from 2010-2023.
